SPCA: Ruby -- A Schnauzer-Poodle MixDoug Marlow, executive director of the Jefferson County SPCA, brought Ruby to 7 News This Morning. Ruby is a schnauzer-poodle mix and is about 6 years old. She's a very attentive, sweet and loving.
The SPCA's spring membership drive starts this week.
Memberships are $20 a year for individuals, $40 a year for families and $10 for students.
Lifetime memberships cost $200.
