Salvation Army In Holiday Fundraising Mode

The Watertown chapter of the Salvation Army is in the midst of its biggest fundraiser - the Red Kettle Campaign.

The local group is hoping to raise $100,000 this holiday season.

It has already brought in $70,000.

The Salvation Army says it's also accepting donations for its Old Newsboys Day fundraiser.

The goal for that fundraiser was $30,000.

The event raised $27,000.

Donations can be made by sending a check to 723 State Street, Watertown, NY, 13601.
