Chef Chris Manning cooks up Boston baked haddock.
The secret is topping the fish with crushed butter-flavored crackers such as Ritz or Town House, along with Parmesan cheese.
Bake the fish for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then drizzle with melted butter and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes.
Top with fresh lemon juice and serve.
