TV Dinner: Easy Desserts & ScampiChef Chris Manning has a couple desserts and a main dish to show us this week. The key lime pie and the maple walnut pie are so easy you can get the kids to help. Key Lime Pie 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk In a medium bowl, mix together the milk, egg yolks and juice. Beat until smooth and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and top with whipped cream. Maple Walnut Pie 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk Pour walnuts into the pie shell. In a medium bowl, mix together milk, syrup and egg yolks. Beat until smooth, then pour over walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and top with whipped cream. 2 tablespoons butter Add the first three ingredients to a small, non-reactive (stainless steel) sauce pan and stir together over medium heat until butter is melted.
