It's an Italian-style marinade he says is great for just about anything.

State Fair Marinade
6 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon minced dehydrated onion
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup fresh parsley, packed tightly
1 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon hot sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
Add the first five ingredients to a food processor. Pulse a few times to make a paste. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, beef, and even shrimp.
