Turkey Rub

1 tablespoon rubbed sage
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon seasoned salt (like Lawry's)
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon table salt
2 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon granulated sugar

Mix all ingredients and use to season a whole turkey, inside and out.

Also great for pork.

Fried Turkey

Cook at 375 degrees for 4 minutes per pound.

Roast Turkey

Cook for 12 to 14 minutes per pound.

For either method, a probe thermometer stuck gently into the thigh should read 165 degrees before serving.
