This week's honor goes to Katy Ferris, a standout lacrosse player at Carthage High School.

She scored nine goals and two assists in a recent game.

Overall this year, Katy has 52 goals and six assists for 58 points.

She's a junior and leads her team in scoring.

Katy is this week's McDonald's Athlete of the Week.
