3 Events Saturday At South Jeff

Saturday will be busy at the South Jefferson High School.

Student Casey Hughes and Fred Morris of the schools backpack program were on 7 News This Morning to talk about three events on November 2.

Here's what's going on:

- Registration for the fourth annual 5K Breast Cancer Walk/Run sponsored by the class of 2015 will be from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. and the run/walk itself starts at 8:30 a.m. Proceeds go to the Samaritan Breast Cancer Foundation.

- Syracuse University women's lacrosse coach Gary Gait will give a clinic for boys and girls from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

- A Family and Community Awareness Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. November 2 at South Jefferson's Clark Building. Admission is free, but food donations for the backpack program will be accepted.
