Can Drive To Raise Money For Cancer Patients

Mane Street Salon in Watertown and the Gouverneur Business Women are teaming up to raise money for breast cancer patients.

The Gouverneur group provides financial assistance to breast cancer patients in St. Lawrence, Lewis and Jefferson counties.
They've helped 400 women, 55 in 2013 alone. So far this year, they've paid out $75,000.
Mane Street Salon is holding its fifth annual Cans 4 Cancer fund drive to help the group raise money.
Redeemable cans and bottles will be collected from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. October 24 at outer Washington Street salon.
