Story Updated: Dec 13, 2012

There's strength in numbers.

Fitness expert Jamie Kalk says many people are anxious about taking group fitness classes.

Some people are afraid of exercising in a group, but Kalk said those fears are unfounded.

Kalk is offering a class at the Watertown YMCA called 20-20-20. It offers 20 minutes of muscle conditioning, 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of stretching and pilates.
