JRC Looks For Community Support With Membership Drive

The Jefferson Rehabilitation Center is holding a membership drive.

Memberships are $5 each, but as the JRC's Howard Ganter explains, it's not about the money.

The more members, he said, the more clout the organization has when it comes to lobbying and advocacy.

Ganter said government officials don't listen to organizations when making policy decisions, but will listen to the public, as represented by an organization's membership.
