Mental Health Awareness Walk Planned

The Northern Regional Center For Independent Living (NRCIL) is holding its ninth annual Mental Health Awareness Walk.

The idea is to increase awareness about mental illness and try to get rid of the stigma associated with it.
The walk starts at 10 a.m. May 15 at the Dulles State Office Building on Washington Street in Watertown
The group will walk to the Thompson Park pavilion, where lunch will be provided.
There will be a live band and several giveaways.
