'Run For Recovery' Remembers Drunk Driving Victims

Story Updated: Aug 15, 2013

The Watertown Urban Mission is holding its 2013 Run for Recovery.

The event is held in memory of loved ones lost due to a drunk driver. This year, it's dedicated to Tommy Ivey, who died in a drunk driving accident in 2003.
His mother, Martha Ivey, and the Urban Mission's Sal Ciulo were on 7 News This Morning. Click on the picture for their interview.
It's September 7 at the Alex Duffy Fairgrounds. Registration is at 6:30 a.m. and the walk/run begins at 9 a.m. There's a choice between a 5K and a 10K course.
There's a free lunch for all walkers and runners.
There will be free face painting, a silent auction, prizes, and a D.J.
