HERE'S AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO SHAPE, INCREASE YOUR ENERGY LEVEL, HAVE FUN AND MEET NEW FRIENDS IN THE PROCESS.

THE ST LAWRENCE COUNTY OFFICE FOR THE AGING IS SPONSORING A HEALTH AND FITNESS PROGRAM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AGE 60 AND OLDER.  IT WILL BE HELD AT THE ST. LAWRENCE UNIVERSITY FITNESS CENTER AND INSTRUCTED BY FITNESS PROFESSIONALS.  THIS IS A 6-WEEK PROGRAM BEING OFFERED 2 DAY’S PER WEEK ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 9:00am to 10:30am BEGINNING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13th, AND ENDING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19th. 

THERE IS NO CHARGE TO ST LAWRENCE COUNTY SENIOR CITIZENS, 60 & OVER.
