The sun's rays are warm, but can be harmful to your body if you don't take the right precautions.

Ultraviolet B rays burn the skin and increase the risk cancer and while most sunscreens protect against those rays, the sun's UVA rays penetrate deeper and potentially cause wrinkles.

Dermatologists recommend using a sunscreen which offers a broad spectrum of UVA and UVB protection.
