1,300 Customers Greet Thursday With No Power
The day started without power for more than 1,300 north country residents, likely due to wet, heavy snow that fell overnight.
That number has fallen off as National Grid crews work to restore electricity to the affected areas.
The heaviest concentrations are in:
- Harrisville, where 269 people are without power, down from 1,160 earlier.
- Russell, 116 customers.
- Parishville, 100 customer.
Also losing power were 33 houses between Adams and Mannsville.
