Three women face charges after a drug bust Monday at the St. Lawrence County Jail.
Sheriff's deputies arrested:
- Bridget Prashaw-Silva, age 27 of 85 Depot Street in Gouverneur
- Jessica Prashaw, age 30, an inmate at the jail
- Matisha Wineglass, age 31, an inmate at the jail.
Officials said Prashaw-Silva brought morphine pills into the jail during a visit with Wineglass.
According to deputies, Wineglass gave the drugs to Prashaw-Silva's sister, Jessica Prashaw.
Corrections officers spotted the alleged drug transaction and alerted deputies.
All three women were arrested on drug-related charges.
Jessica Prashaw and Wineglass were already in jail on drug charges.
Prashaw-Silva was arraigned and ordered held in the county jail on $1,500 cash bail.
