3 Lewis County Residents Face Drug Charges

Lewis County sheriff's deputies found more than they expected when they went to find someone they suspected of selling marijuana.

Deputies say they went to High Falls Apartments in Lyons Falls Tuesday to find 28 year old Nicole Sees, who they say sold marijuana to a confidential informant twice in May.
 
When 41 year old John Sees opened the door, deputies say they could a glass smoking device on the kitchen table.
 
Nicole Sees was charged with fourth degree criminal sale of marijuana.
 
John Sees was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for having some methamphetamine.
 
Jody Kirk Jr. allegedly had heroin with him. The 27 year old was also charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
 
All three were arraigned and sent to jail on $2,000 bail.
 
Deputies say they expect to make more arrests as they continue their investigation.
