3 Women Arrested On Drug Charges

After a six month investigation, the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force has arrested three women on drug charges.

Officials initially charged 25 year old Frances Summer of Canton and 25 year old Marcie Fuller of Bombay with felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

According to officials, Fuller and Summer sold oxycodone to a police informant.

Both women were arraigned in Canton Town Court and ordered held in the county jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond. 

Leslie+Clifford+WWNYAs a result of the investigation into Fuller and Summer, officials arrested 22 year old Leslie Clifford of Canton (pictured at left).

She was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree conspiracy.

She was issued tickets to appear in Norfolk Town Court next month.

Additional charges are expected.
