Memorial Made From World Trade Center Rededicated At Clarkson University

Students and faculty at Clarkson University honored alumni killed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks Friday.
A memorial on campus was re-dedicated.

It's made from steel from the wreckage of the World Trade Center.

Some of that metal came from the 55th floor of the South Tower.

Along the paved walkway are the names of four Clarkson alums who were killed in the attack eight years ago.

School officials say it's important to remember the tragedy and those whose lives were taken.

The rededication was at 8:30 Friday morning.
