Fort Drum Man Faces Sex Charge

A 20 year old Fort Drum man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a teenager.

State police charged Roger D. Brogdon of 6419A Winterhaven Drive with misdemeanor counts of sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

Brogdon allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 15 year old female while on Fort Drum in July 2009.

He was issued an appearance ticket to return to LeRay Town Court on September 21 at 7 p.m.
