The Graham family has been here before, watching its husband and father leave for iraq. The family says it doesn't get any easier. "One time when I was younger, my father left and I didn't have anybody to roughhouse with - felt really sad," said Ty Graham, whose father is deploying. Ty is not alone as other families prepare to send their loved ones overseas. "I'm excited for him to go. He really wants to go again. He's coming home after the baby is born. With the technology, it's great because we have webcams so he'll get to see the baby," said Kelly Furtick, whose husband is deploying. Members of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team say they plan to have control handed over to Iraqi officials by the end of their year long deployment. "Based on what I saw in Baghdad, I believe it is possible if things keep going the way they are now," said Colonel David Miller, who's deploying to Iraq. For Ty Graham, his father is already a hero. "I'm filled with pride every day remembering that my father protects my entire country," said Ty Graham. With 3,600 soldiers from the 2nd Brigade Combat Team returning to Iraq for the second time since 2007, the 2nd BCT will once again be one of the most deployed units in the United States Army.
