Incumbent Jefferson County Court Judge Kim Martusewicz has fought off a challenge from lawyer and LeRay Town Judge John Hallett.

With 99 percent of districts reporting, the Democrat received 13,006 votes.

Hallett, a Republican, received 7,504.

Martusewicz (pictured on the right) has been on the bench for the last ten years and says he has handled 5,000 cases, making him the busiest felony judge in the state outside of New York City.
