Mark Davis Memorial Tournament

Hundreds of people came out to Seaway Lanes on Sunday for the 1st annual Mark Davis Bowling Tournament.

Davis was an EMT, who was killed responding to a call in January.

Now, his friends and family are making sure his memory lives on.

Davis is buried Florida, but his family hasn't been able to afford a tombstone for his grave.

Through the bowling event, they're hoping to raise enough money to buy one.

"He shouldn't go without a tombstone. He's a hero," says Mark's mother Marcia Dickinson. "We're working on it. We will get him a tombstone."

"Mark was a great friend and a great EMT," says Jeff Lieberman, who organized the event. "Just to think of him not being around is hard enough, so this is one way we can remember Mark and the things that he enjoyed doing."

If you would like to help donate, you can contact Jeff Lieberman at (315) 408-2007.
