Clarkson University officials say an off-campus fraternity could face disciplinary sanctions after an alleged alcohol related incident resulted in serious injuries to a teenage girl.

University officials are investigating an August 30 incident that allegedly involved an intoxicated 19 year old female at Omicron Pi Omicron fraternity.

Potsdam Police charged the frat with two misdemeanor counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

The teenager received serious injuries requiring surgery after falling from a loft at the Omicron Pi Omicron house, located at the corner of Leroy and Broad streets.

The fraternity will answer the charges Dec. 2 in village court.
