Hacketts Reopening Canton Store

The Canton Hacketts store will reopen its doors on Saturday.

Workers are busy hanging clothing and stocking shelves inside the Miner Street store Hacketts once operated.

Hacketts closed the store when the company relocated to a larger store at the University Shopping Center, which closed earlier this year.

Hacketts has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in an effort to reorganize millions of dollars in outstanding debts.

Company stores in Ogdensburg, Massena and Tupper Lake will also remain open during the bankruptcy proceedings
