Denny's Celebrates Reopening

Late night eaters and breakfast lovers will be happy to know Denny's is back in Watertown.

The restaurant's grand reopening is Sunday at 10 p.m.

Denny's on Arsenal St. closed in April 2008, but now the employees are back, and they have spent the past week training around the clock.

Managers say they're happy to be back in town.

"We've gotten wonderful feedback from the public," says Denny's area director Nancy Groff. "Everywhere we go, the community's been very welcoming to us. We're very excited about being here."

As an incentive, the first 100 customers Monday morning will receive vouchers for a free Grand Slam breakfast once a week for a year.
