Hunter Murder Case Goes To Grand Jury

Tools

A Jefferson County grand jury will now consider the charges against Joshua Hunter, the 20 year old military policeman accused of killing two of his Army colleagues.

Hunter waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

The Fort Drum soldier is already facing two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing deaths of 20 year old Waide James and 23 year old Diego Valbuena.

Their bodies were found in an apartment just outside Evans Mills last week.

Hunter is being held without bail.
