According to police, Guyette was unable to see the car due to heavy fog.

Police said six students and a bus monitor suffered minor injuries as did Fraser.

They were taken to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.

Fraser was later released from the hospital.

Guyette was issued a traffic citation for following too closely returnable to Oswegatchie Town Court on December 7.

Police said there was no evidence that drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash.
