Some people are against the Galloo Island PILOT agreement, others for it and then there are those who just don't understand it.

That's the reasoning behind the program tonight on WPBS, where 7 News anchor Jeff Cole will be hosting a debate on the issue.

County Chair Ken Blankenbush and Watertown Mayor Jeff Graham provide the conflicting view points on the PILOT agreement.

The show will run a half-hour with the goal of explaining how the PILOT could benefit the local area and why people are critical of it.

It will air tonight at 8:30 PM and will air again twice before Tuesday's county legislature vote.

After the event was taped, Blankenbush said that he planned to vote yes on the PILOT agreement.
