Glen Park Man Accused Of Molesting Mentally Disabled Boy

Bail is set at $25,000 for a Glen Park man accused of having sexual contact with a 15 year old mentally disabled boy.

State police arrested 45 year old Douglas E. Freeman on one count of second-degree criminal sex act.

According to state police Investigator Michael Marvin, Freeman had oral sexual contact with the boy on February 6 at the child's home in Glen Park.

Marvin said Freeman fled to Pasco County, Florida, where he was arrested.

Freeman was transported to Jefferson County on Thursday.

He was arraigned in Glen Park Village Court.

Investigator Marvin said Freeman and the victim knew each other.
