Pamelia Accident Injures 2

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in the town of Pamelia Monday morning.

It happened shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Route 342. The highway between Route 37 and Allen Drive was closed for about 45 minutes.

State police say one car was turning into an auto body shop when it was rear-ended.

Two people were injured. One was taken to Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown and the other by helicopter to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

Neither suffered life-threatening injuries, troopers say.
