Update: Police Identify Man Killed In Outer Bradley Street Accident

Police say 24 year old Travis Fuller of Gouverneur was killed Thursday morning after he was struck by a car on outer Bradley Street just outside Watertown.

Jefferson County sheriff deputiesd say Fuller was an employee of Jefferson Concrete and was directing traffic at the Murrock Circle intersection when he was struck by a southbound vehicle shortly after 6 a.m.

The sheriff's department closed the highway, which is also State Route 12, between State Route 342 and Teal Drive. The road was closed almost three hours.

Fuller was taken to Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the car, 76 year old Robert Kelsey of LaFargeville, and his passenger, 73 year old Helen Kelsey, were uninjured.

Deputies say they are continuing their investigation. The accident is also being investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
