Accused Murderer Dustin Trimm Back In Jail

Accused murderer Dustin Trimm is back in the St. Lawrence County jail - This time facing new criminal charges.

State Police in Massena have charged Trimm with misdemeanor counts of patronizing a prostitute and endangering the welfare of a child.

Trimm allegedly solicited a male under the age of 17 to perform a sexual act.

He is also charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in an unrelated incident. Trimm is accused of giving alcohol to a person under the legal drinking age.

Investigators say both incidents occurred in May and June.

Trimm, who is charged with second degree murder for allegedly shooting 21-year-old Jason Wing to death and burying his body near Raymondville in 2010, was released from the St. Lawrence County jail on $250,000 bail in April. (Click here to read our earlier story)
