Feedback: Accused Murderer Returned To Jail Without BailAccused murderer Dustin Trimm has been returned to jail without bail and family members of his alleged victim are happy about that. It happened at a hearing in St. Lawrence County Court in Canton early Wednesday. Family members of alleged murder victim Jason Wing applauded the decision by Judge Jerome Richards to revoke Trimm's $250,000 bail and return him to jail. "Today is some type of closure. Knowing he is behind bars, he can't hurt anyone else," said Roxanne Stratton, the murder victim's mother. The 37 year old Trimm was expressionless as Richards gave his ruling. New criminal charges were brought brought against Trimm last week. His attorney, Richard Manning, called those charges a "set up by state police to get him sent back to jail." Trimm was originally charged with second degree murder for allegedly shooting 21 year old Jason Wing to death and burying his body on the Grantville Road near Raymondville in 2010. Trimm, who was freed in April after posting $250,000 bail on the murder charge, was arrested by state police last week on misdemeanor counts of patronizing a prostitute and endangering the welfare of a child. Trimm is accused of soliciting a 16 year old boy to perform a sexual act. He is also charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in an unrelated incident after he allegedly gave alcohol to a person under the legal drinking age. "It's just sad that they didn't keep him there (jail) in the first place," said Tammy Wing, Jason wing's stepmother.
