Alleged Choking Leads To Arrest

A Brownville man is accused of choking a woman during a domestic argument.

Jefferson County sheriff's deputies say 45 year old Donald Laparr allegedly shoved and choked the woman during the incident at a Route 12 home in the town of Pamelia.
 
Laparr was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second degree harassment.
 
He was arraigned in town of Brownville court and released after paying $100 bail.
