Alleged Sex Offender Arrested As FugitiveA Wisconsin man was arrested Wednesday as a fugitive from that state for allegedly failing to provide information as a sex offender. St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies say U.S. Marshals in Syracuse alerted them that 25 year old Edward Monroe of Reedsburg, Wisconsin may be at a home on the Bromagin Road in Ogdensburg. Deputies found Monroe at the address and took him into custody. He was arraigned in Oswegatchie town court and committed to county jail without bail. Most Popular |
