Antique Tractor Built In Watertown At Fair

A local piece of history is back home after 130 years.
Mark Lakie is showing his antique steam tractor at the Jefferson County Fair.
The tractor was built in Watertown in 1882.
Lakie says he's continuing to restore the tractor and when he first saw it, he got the "steam bug."
"I saw the thing -- it was love at first sight," he said. It was really neat."
"I didn't expect it -- it was in such great state of preservation that it was."
While it's permanent home is in Syracuse, the tractor will be at the fairgrounds until Saturday.
