Funeral arrangements have been finalized for a 16 year old Watertown High School student who died in an apparent accidental shooting Thursday.

A memorial service for Zachary Robert Blanchard will be Sunday, October 30, at 6 p.m. at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. 

Calling hours will precede the service from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Born August 30, 1995, he was a son to Paul A. and Trudy J. Partridge Blanchard. 

Zachary was a sophomore at Watertown High School. 

He belonged to the G.A.S. alliance, the Teen Aids Task Force, and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, LaFargeville.

He also enjoyed music, hunting, fishing, attending local shows at the Dungeon at Velocity, and spending time with family and friends.

Zachary is survived by his parents, Paul and Trudy Blanchard, Watertown; 2 sisters, Rachel J. and Emily M. Blanchard, Watertown; and a brother, Joel P. Blanchard, Watertown. 

Also surviving are his grandparents, Robert and Caroline Partridge, Calcium; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
