Two people who were arrested in connection with Wednesday's shooting and standoff in Massena are being held without bail in the St. Lawrence County Jail.

Officials arraigned 19 year old Devian Fletcher, no address available, and 19 year old Kate Javier of Massena.

Fletcher is accused of firing a .22-caliber handgun at two other people Wednesday on Maple Street.

The shooting led to a seven-hour standoff with police at 66 Liberty Avenue, where Javier lives.

A third person arrested was identified as 41 year old Jeffrey Clukey of Solvay.

Massena police said Fletcher was charged with first-degree attempted assault, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree menacing.

Kate Javier was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with evidence.

Clukey was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny on an arrest warrant out of the Syracuse area.
