Beating The Heat With A Pickup Truck PoolA Watertown man has found a unique way to keep his family cool as the temperatures begin to soar. Robert Pecori filled the back of his pickup truck with water to make an impromptu swimming pool for his children. It was a happy surprise for the kids on their last day of school. They spent hours Tuesday afternoon splashing around and having a great time in their very own pickup truck swimming pool. "We usually get those inflatable ones, but they get all flat after awhile," Pecori said, "but this one, not so much." "This one will hold up for awhile," he said. "At least for the rest of the day." "I've never seen something like this before," 11 year old Bayly Pecori said, "so I think it's fun." In case you want to make your own pickup truck pool, Pecori used a big piece of plastic to line his truck to keep the water in. |
