Blast From the Past: 1998 Ice Storm Poetry

After the Ice Storm of 1998, Gouverneur area resident Paul Kingdon wrote a poem about what we'd all been through. 

He put into words what we'd all been thinking.

Paul is gone now but his words live on. 

He and his poem are the subjects of this week's Blast from the Past.
