Body Of Missing Snowmobiler Found

The body of a Massena snowmobiler who fell through the ice on the Grasse River has been recovered.
 
State police divers located the body of 43 year old John Favreau late Wednesday morning.

He was found in approximately in approximately 15 feet of water near his submerged snowmobile.

Favreau was riding his snowmobile to go ice fishing late Monday afternoon when he broke through a 4-inch thick patch of ice.

A glove and his cell phone were located by searchers Monday night next to the broken hole in the ice.

An autopsy will be performed Wednesday night.
