Bronx Man Charged With Drug Possession In Massena

A Bronx man was charged with felony drug possession following a traffic stop in Massena early Tuesday morning.

State police say they stopped a car that failed to signal a turn from Woodlawn Avenue onto Willow Street.
 
They say a passenger, 22 year old Christopher Lopez allegedly had 20 grams of cocaine and over 16 grams of heroin.
 
He was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
 
He was arraigned in Massena village court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail on $20,000 bail.
 
The driver, 36 year old Brande Snyder of Massena, was released after she was ticketed for failing to signal for a turn.
