Calcium Man Accused Of Having Sex With 2 Young GirlsA Calcium man has been arrested after allegedly having sexual contact with two young girls. State police say 32 year old James Costigan allegedly had oral sex with two girls, ages 5 and 8. Police say the incidents happened earlier this year in the town of LeRay. Costigan was charged with two counts each of criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. Troopers say the children are now in the care of Jefferson County Child Protective Services. Costigan was committed to county jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. Police say his case could be brought before a grand jury. |
