Carthage District Resident Vote On 2 Propositions

There's a vote Tuesday for a Carthage Central School District capital project.

There are two propositions. The first is a $13 million facilities upgrade project that addresses immediate infrastructure concerns.
The second proposition would add four classrooms at West Carthage Elementary.
Each proposition is a separate vote, but the second one can't pass unless the first is approved.
Voting is from noon to 9 p.m. at the high school library.
