Castorland Man Charged In Lisbon Copper Theft

State police have made an arrest in a copper theft case from a year and a half ago.

Trooper say 28 year old Robert Forsythe of Castorland took copper from JMS Mechanicals in Lisbon.

Police say the theft happened in November 2010.

Forsythe was charged with third degree burglary and petit larceny.

He is in St. Lawrence County jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
