Clayton Man Accused Of Taking Bank Card, Damaging Vehicle

A Clayton man is a accused of taking a woman's bank debit card and damaging her car while driving it without permission.

Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies say 23 year old Tyler Fisk caused $20,000 worth of damage to the vehicle, a 2008 Audi.

Deputies say the incidents happened in December. He was arrested Wednesday on the New York Thruway.

Fisk was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth degree grand larceny, fourth degree criminal mischief, second degree criminal trespass and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

He was arraigned in Clayton town court and sent to county jail on $5,000 bail.
