Clayton Man Charged In Attempt To Lure 'Teen'A Clayton man was charged Saturday with a variety of crimes, after he allegedly tried to use Craigslist to reach a 14 year old girl to arrange a sexual encounter. In a statement, Detective Paige Taylor said the sheriff's department and the district attorney's office had received a complaint from a 'concerned parent' about Kenneth Paul Louviere, 43. Based on a Craigslist posting, which was to a 'known female,' Louviere began texting and emailing what he thought was the 14 year old, according to the statement. In fact, the texts and emails were goiing to a detective. Louviere allegedly arranged to meet the teen Saturday in the Town of Watertown, where he was arrested and charged with luring a child, attempted rape, second degree, attempted criminal sex act, second degree.
