Clayton Man Charged In Crash

A 23 year old Clayton man faces charges after an accident early Wednesday morning.

It happened on Bald Rock Road in the town of Clayton at about 2:30 a.m.

According to police, Tyler Fisk of 324 Merrick Street lost control of the car he was driving, crossed the center line and left the roadway.

Fisk's vehicle then struck several bushes before coming to rest in a creek, officials said.

According to police, Fisk left the wreckage and walked to a home, where he called for help.

Fisk was taken to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

He was charged with traveling at a speed not reasonable and prudent as well as failure to keep right.
